Who Beleeg is for, and who it isn’t for
Beleeg is for adults who run amateur leagues and tournaments. If your league needs youth-sports checks, facility rentals, or ticket sales, another tool will serve you better.
Beleeg is for
- Adult and amateur rec leagues and clubs: tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, padel, squash, softball, bowling, darts, pool, cornhole, and more, 30 sports in all.
- Commissioners already running a league on a spreadsheet, a group text, or an older tool, who want the schedule, scores, standings, and dues in one place. We move your league over for you.
- Clubs that run several leagues, divisions, or seasons under one name.
- Tournament hosts. Brackets are free, with or without a league.
Beleeg is not the right fit for
- Youth sports programs that need background checks, SafeSport training records, or parent and guardian accounts. Beleeg is made for adults and does not run or track any of these.
- Large parks and recreation departments that need to rent out fields and courts by the hour across many sites. Beleeg schedules league games; it does not book facilities or take court rentals.
- Pro and semi-pro teams selling tickets to fans. Beleeg can take payment for a club event with a set number of spots, but it has no seat maps or box office.
- Leagues that need Swiss brackets.
- You need an App Store or Google Play download today. Beleeg’s iOS app is awaiting Apple review; the web app is available now.

Is beleeg.com legit?
Yes. Beleeg (beleeg.com) is league software for amateur sports leagues, and how it charges and where the money goes are written on its public pages. It is free for organizers. When a player registers and pays online, the player pays the price the league set, Stripe takes its card fee, and Beleeg keeps a flat $3. The White-label plan, which adds your own web address and your brand on emails, is $149 a season.
Registration money goes to the organizer’s own Stripe account. Payments under $5 are not taken online, because the fees would eat them. Leagues that collect cash or checks mark those players paid and pay Beleeg nothing for them.
Leaving is simple. An organizer can download the league’s members, standings, and schedule with scores as spreadsheet files (CSV) at any time, and anyone can delete their account at beleeg.com/delete-account. Beleeg is run by a small team; the founder, Michael Montalbano, writes the guides and comparisons under his own name. Questions go to support@beleeg.com.
How do registration fees work?
It is free for organizers — there is no monthly software fee. Players register online and pay the dues you set, nothing extra. On a $90 registration, card processing takes about $2.91 and Beleeg keeps $3; about $84.09 lands in your Stripe. White-label is $149 a season and does not change that cut.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Free already covers everything you need to run the league, including player ratings. Add White-label ($149 a season) whenever you want your own web address, your-brand emails, and sponsor tools. Your data carries over.
How do add-ons get billed?
Ask us through the contact form. Video, podcast hosting, the merch store, analytics, and developer tools are built; tell us which ones you want, we agree the price with you, and we turn them on for your league.
Do you offer non-profit or community rates?
Yes — reach out via the contact form and tell us about your league. Community and school leagues often qualify for discounted Pro pricing.
What happens to my money if Beleeg goes down?
We never hold registration money. Funds settle directly from the player to your Stripe account. If we disappear tomorrow, the money already in your bank is unaffected.
Can I bring my existing league from another platform?
Yes, and we move it for you at no charge. Send us what you have and we set up your teams, players, and schedule. If you would rather do it yourself, you can import teams, players, and your schedule from a spreadsheet or Google Sheet.
