Padel leagues

Run your padel league.

Padel leagues on doubles lines: sets with a super tiebreak in place of the third, golden point if you want it, and standings that keep themselves.

What is the best app to run a padel league?

For a club league of doubles teams or pairs, Beleeg fits well: padel scoring with a 10-point tiebreak in place of the third set is ready, golden point is one switch away, and standings update when captains confirm scores. It is free for organizers; Beleeg keeps a flat $3 when a player pays online.

It runs leagues and brackets. It does not book courts.

Scoring

How padel scoring works in Beleeg

Each line plays best of 3 sets, 6 games a set, win by 2, with a 7-point tiebreak at 6-all. If it goes to a third set, it is a 10-point tiebreak.

You can switch to golden point (no-ad) games, a full third set, or a pro set to 8.

Padel is always doubles. A match is 3 lines by default, from 1 to 5.

Lineups

Lineups and rosters

Captains put a pair on each line. You can require lines to follow ratings, limit how far a player moves between lines, and set a minimum number of women for mixed play.

A league can also be pairs competing on their own instead of teams.

Standings

Standings and tiebreaks

You pick how a match turns into standings points when you set up the league: a point for every line won, a point for winning the match, or a point per line plus a bonus for winning the match.

When two teams have the same points, Beleeg looks at head-to-head first, then lines won minus lines lost, then sets, then games, then win percentage. Set and game difference only count once every team has set-by-set scores for every match, so nobody is ranked on numbers that were never entered. You can put these in a different order in your settings.

A season, start to finish

Example: a club league across two venues

  1. 10 teams in two divisions, 3 lines a match, two venues on the schedule.
  2. Players register and pay online through the club’s own Stripe account.
  3. Captains enter scores from the court; standings update when the other captain confirms.
  4. The top 4 in each division play a single-elimination playoff.

What every league gets

  • A schedule built from how many games each team plays and which nights you play. Block out a date and the season moves back instead of losing a game.
  • Captains enter scores from their phones, and the other captain confirms or disputes.
  • Divisions, and a single-elimination playoff seeded from the standings.
  • Players join with a code or register and pay online. Free for organizers; Beleeg keeps a flat $3 when a player pays online.
  • A public page with your schedule and standings.
  • Already running a league somewhere else? Send us what you have and we move it over for you.

What Beleeg does not do for padel

  • Beleeg does not connect to Playtomic or any padel ranking.
